One of only three players in NCAA FBS to rush for at least 850 yards and throw for at least 2,500 yards (Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow and Central Michigan’s Dan LeFevour). Broke the USF career rushing record for quarterbacks in the 22nd game of his career (Cincinnati - 2007) ... Currently has 1,494 rushing yards, which bests the previous record of 1,235 set by Marquel Blackwell (1999-02). Also broke the single season QB rushing record in the ninth game of 2007 (Cincinnati) and finished season with 872 rushing yards. Broke his own single-season record of 622, which he set as freshman in 2006. Broke the USF single-game passing record with 382 yards against Cincinnati. Rushed for career high and USF QB record 146 yards against UConn, the 9th best rushing day by a QB in BIG EAST history. Became the eighth player in USF history to rush for 1,000 career yards during the Rutgers game. Accounted for four touchdowns against UCF, running for two and passing for ( both to WR Taurus Johnson). Threw for 135 yards, including a 55-yard TD connection with Carlton Mitchell against West Virginia. Built upon his legacy as a gamer by leading USF to a come-from-behind overtime win at Auburn - After being sacked three times in the third quarter, he went 6-of-8 for 75 passing yards, plus 25 rushing yards and a TD pass in leading USF to the overtime win.
